These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Sefrum, including subscriptions, account access, marketplace use, workflow creation, bot runtime controls, credits, templates, support, and related platform services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, using the dashboard, installing a template, launching a bot, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
This page is intended to define Sefrum's operating terms and platform rules. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being treated as final legal advice.

1.4Abuse
"Abuse" includes fraud, spam, harassment, malware, impersonation, unauthorized access, payment manipulation, account sharing, duplicate-account evasion, platform manipulation, policy evasion, excessive resource consumption, harmful automations, or any use that creates legal, security, reputational, operational, or financial risk to Sefrum, its users, or third parties.
1.5Used Subscription
"Used Subscription" means any subscription, plan, purchase, or paid entitlement where the user has accessed or consumed a paid feature, including but not limited to bot slots, AI generation, credits, marketplace downloads, runtime controls, premium templates, support, command workflows, or plan-specific allowances.
2.Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Sefrum.
2.1Agreement by Use
By accessing or using the Services, registering an account, submitting payment, installing a template, generating workflows, launching bot runtime services, or interacting with Sefrum in any meaningful way, you agree to comply with these Terms and any related policies referenced by Sefrum.
2.1.1No Use Without Agreement
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account, purchase a subscription, access the dashboard, use Sefrum credits, operate bot workflows, or otherwise use the Services.
2.2Updates to Terms
Sefrum may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this page or otherwise making updated terms available through the Services. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.Account Eligibility, Identity, and Account Limits
Sefrum accounts are intended for accountable, individual use unless written permission is granted otherwise.
3.1Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information and maintain access to the email address associated with your account.
3.1.1One Account Per Individual
No more than one account is allowed per individual unless Sefrum gives prior written approval. Creating additional accounts to bypass usage limits, free-tier restrictions, enforcement actions, payment rules, credit limits, or subscription restrictions is strictly prohibited.
3.1.2Duplicate and Linked Accounts
Sefrum may identify, review, merge, restrict, suspend, or terminate duplicate, linked, disposable, shared, or suspicious accounts where we reasonably believe they are being used to evade platform rules or create operational risk.
3.2Credential Security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, email access, bot tokens, Discord credentials, API keys, runtime configuration, and any other sensitive information connected to your account or services.
3.2.1Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity performed by employees, contractors, collaborators, customers, bots, scripts, integrations, or any person who gains access through your credentials or configuration.
4.Subscriptions, Credits, Marketplace Purchases, and Billing
Paid access is governed by the plan, credit, and marketplace terms presented at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms.
4.1Plan Features and Limits
Subscription plans may include limits, allowances, credits, bot slots, AI generation access, marketplace access, runtime controls, or other plan-specific features. These features may vary by plan and may be adjusted as the platform evolves.
4.1.1No Guaranteed Perpetual Feature Set
A subscription purchase does not guarantee that any specific feature, integration, allowance, marketplace item, or runtime capability will remain available indefinitely.
4.2Credits and Consumption
Credits, AI allowances, marketplace entitlements, and other usage-based benefits may be consumed when a user generates, keeps, installs, purchases, launches, or otherwise uses qualifying features. Used credits or consumed allowances are not restorable unless Sefrum determines, in its discretion, that a platform-side error occurred.
4.3Billing Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing subscription pricing, renewal terms, feature limits, payment information, and purchase details before completing any transaction.
5.Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on whether the subscription, credit, marketplace item, or paid entitlement has been used.
5.1No Refund After Use
No refund will be issued for a subscription, plan, credit purchase, marketplace purchase, or paid entitlement that has been used, activated, consumed, downloaded, installed, generated against, or otherwise accessed after purchase.
5.1.1Examples of Use
Use includes, without limitation, accessing paid bot slots, consuming credits, generating AI commands or bots, installing marketplace content, using premium templates, launching runtime services, saving paid workflows, accessing plan-specific allowances, or receiving support tied to a paid plan.
5.2Discretionary Review
If a payment issue occurs before any paid benefit is used, Sefrum may review the issue in its sole discretion. Review does not guarantee a refund, credit, reversal, or account adjustment.
5.3Chargebacks and Payment Abuse
Chargebacks, payment reversals, fraudulent payments, bad-faith disputes, or attempts to consume service value and later reverse payment may result in immediate suspension, loss of access, forfeiture of credits or entitlements, and termination of the related account.
6.Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
Sefrum is built for legitimate Discord automation and workflow operations. Misuse is not permitted.
6.1General Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, distribute malicious content, run scams, impersonate others, steal data, spam communities, manipulate platforms, or interfere with the operation of Sefrum or any third-party service.
6.1.1Automation Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and controlling any workflow, command, automation, marketplace template, AI-generated output, bot behavior, or runtime configuration before using it in a live Discord community.
6.1.2No Evasion
You may not use multiple accounts, VPNs, proxies, false identities, alternate payment methods, collaborators, scripts, or linked users to avoid pricing, limits, account restrictions, security checks, or enforcement.
6.2Third-Party Platform Compliance
You are responsible for complying with Discord's rules and any other third-party platform requirements that apply to your bots, servers, integrations, content, users, and automated actions.
7.Enforcement, Suspension, and Service Refusal
Sefrum may take enforcement action where necessary to protect the platform, users, payment systems, integrations, or third parties.
7.1Right to Stop or Disallow Services
Sefrum has the right to stop, suspend, limit, restrict, revoke, terminate, or disallow services without further notice if abuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
7.1.1Scope of Enforcement
Enforcement may include disabling bot runtime access, removing marketplace access, revoking credits, blocking AI generation, limiting account login, suspending subscriptions, refusing support, deleting harmful content, or terminating an account.
7.1.2No Prior Notice Required
Where Sefrum determines that immediate action is appropriate due to abuse, security risk, billing risk, legal exposure, platform manipulation, or operational instability, Sefrum may act without prior notice.
7.2Investigation and Cooperation
Sefrum may review logs, account records, payment activity, runtime behavior, workflow configuration, and related information to investigate suspected abuse, enforce these Terms, respond to disputes, or protect service integrity.
8.Service Availability, Changes, and Dependencies
Sefrum depends on software systems, payment providers, email providers, Discord, hosting infrastructure, and other third-party services.
8.1Availability Not Guaranteed
Sefrum aims to provide reliable access, but the Services are provided on an availability basis and may be interrupted, degraded, delayed, changed, or unavailable due to maintenance, outages, errors, third-party issues, security events, or operational needs.
8.2Product Changes
Sefrum may update, modify, replace, limit, discontinue, reprice, or remove features, plans, templates, integrations, runtime behavior, limits, and service offerings at any time.
8.3Third-Party Dependencies
Sefrum is not responsible for losses, downtime, missed messages, failed automations, failed emails, Discord API issues, payment processor issues, user misconfiguration, token problems, or any failure caused by systems outside Sefrum's direct control.
9.User Content, Workflows, and Marketplace Materials
Users retain responsibility for the content and automations they create, install, publish, or operate.
9.1User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for workflows, commands, templates, bot names, embeds, messages, marketplace submissions, descriptions, uploaded materials, configuration, server effects, and any output produced through your use of the Services.
9.2Review Before Use
AI-generated content, imported marketplace systems, and reusable templates may require review, testing, editing, and operational judgment before use. Sefrum does not guarantee that generated or imported logic will be suitable for your specific server, policy, audience, or business purpose.
9.3Marketplace Enforcement
Sefrum may reject, remove, delist, modify access to, or restrict marketplace items that are low quality, misleading, harmful, infringing, abusive, nonfunctional, or otherwise inconsistent with platform standards.
10.Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided for workflow creation and platform operation, but Sefrum cannot guarantee every outcome or integration behavior.
10.1No Warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed compatibility with any third-party platform.
10.2Operational Risk
You are responsible for testing and monitoring automations before and after deployment. Sefrum is not responsible for server disruption, moderation mistakes, deleted messages, incorrect permissions, failed commands, user complaints, business losses, or other consequences arising from user-controlled workflows or configurations.
10.3Liability Limit
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sefrum's liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Sefrum for the affected service during the one month before the event giving rise to the claim.
11.Termination and Survival
Account access may end by user choice or by Sefrum enforcement.
11.1User Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. Cancellation or non-use does not automatically create a refund right, especially where a subscription or entitlement has already been used.
11.2Sefrum Termination
Sefrum may suspend or terminate access immediately if these Terms are violated or if continued access creates security, legal, financial, reputational, payment, abuse, or operational risk.
11.3Survival
Clauses relating to refunds, billing disputes, account responsibility, acceptable use, enforcement, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and platform rights, plus any provisions that by their nature should survive termination, will remain in effect after access ends.
12.Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed to Sefrum support.
12.1Support Contact
Questions, billing concerns, abuse reports, and policy questions may be sent to [email protected]. Contacting support does not pause enforcement, payment obligations, subscription renewals, or platform restrictions unless Sefrum confirms otherwise in writing.
